Medical qi gong according to the Biyun method promotes better physical and mental well-being. You follow a well thought out programme of movements where the needs of the different parts of the body are met..

The movements are gentle and beautiful, and done to music. Relaxation and concentration are important components in the Biyun method. Through regular practice you become stronger, develop better balance and activate the body's own healing systems.

Your body becomes more flexible and you can work on any physical problems you might have. Many people say that their regular qi gong practice helps them to deal with the pressures of everyday life in a positive way.

Stress, sleeping problems and emotional pressure are all dealt with more easily.

Medical qi gong, the Biyun method

- was created by the Chinese Doctor, Fan Xiulan, who wove together the methods she learned from her grandmother, with her own knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is an authorised Qi gong Master, and has been awarded the title of Professor of Medical Qi Gong in China.
