| Medical qi gong
according to the Biyun method promotes better physical and mental
well-being. You follow a well thought out programme of movements
where the needs of the different parts of the body are met.. |
| |
| The movements are
gentle and beautiful, and done to music. Relaxation and
concentration are important components in the Biyun method. Through
regular practice you become stronger, develop better balance and
activate the body's own healing systems. |
| |
| Your body becomes
more flexible and you can work on any physical problems you might
have. Many people say that their regular qi gong practice helps them
to deal with the pressures of everyday life in a positive way. |
| |
| Stress, sleeping
problems and emotional pressure are all dealt with more easily. |
